Exchanges and Replacements
We strive to ensure that you're happy with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds or traditional returns, we will happily assist you with product replacements if there are issues with your order. The following conditions apply:
Incorrect or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not the correct model, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. To initiate the process, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Note: An unboxing video is mandatory as proof to verify the issue. Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
How to Request a Replacement: If there is an issue with your product, please reach out to our customer service team with details of the problem. We will verify your claim and arrange for a prompt replacement. We may request you to return the incorrect or damaged item before we send the replacement.
Store Credits:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase but the product is unused and in original condition, we offer store credit. You can use the store credit towards future purchases on our website. Hereβs how it works:
Eligibility for Store Credit: To be eligible for store credit, the product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request store credit.
